POPS Technology Institute was founded with a simple but powerful idea: practical knowledge should be passed on, shared, and used to build stronger futures—especially between generations. We’re a nonprofit dedicated to teaching hands-on skills that empower individuals, create economic opportunities, and build bridges between youth and older adults.

 To equip people of all ages with real-world skills—starting with sales and basic tech knowledge—so they can create income, confidence, and community impact. 

We saw a gap—young people without guidance or opportunity, and older adults with experience but limited digital know-how. So we created POPS: a space where both can learn, teach, and grow together.

Whether it's selling bottled water, offering coffee subscriptions to office buildings, or teaching a business how to fix a slow computer—our students are gaining experience and helping fund the very programs they’re learning from.

POPS Technology Institute was founded with one clear goal: to equip individuals with real-world skills that open doors. While our journey is just beginning, our approach is guided by thoughtful planning, genuine passion, and a long-term commitment to the communities we serve.

We believe in starting small, building smart, and making a difference that lasts.

• Intergenerational Mentorship: Older adults (ages 55–65) and young adults (16–25) working and learning side by side.
   
• Hands-On, Real-World Training: No fluff—just useful, income-generating skills.
   
• Self-Sustaining Vision: Our students help fund their own journey through community fundraising efforts.
